To get graded by the Guest Grading Board of South Africa (GGBSA) is not to use the GGBSA as a marketing tool but rather to use the feedback of our guests to improve our services, product and added value. Client feedback determines our Crown Grading and not an outside assessor that has no knowledge of our service levels and quality control.
